Transformation Training and Fitness is the area’s leader in performance and functional training. Our clients use a variety of exercises and activities that are designed to improve strength, balance, coordination and performance of individuals at any exercise level.

Our unique “total” fitness approach not only focuses on physical change but on intellectual, emotional and spiritual growth as well. We call this our PIES concept (Physcial, Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual). Our clientele ranges from ages 6-86 and partake in a variety of different training options.

Q: How Do I Get Started?
A: There are two simple ways to get started with our program. 1. Fill out the free trial form on our website and one of our coaches will contact you. 2. Call us at 717-609-0799.

Q: Is your program for beginners?
A: Yes. With our unique style of training, we are able to train beginners and advanced clients at the same time and yet provide each of them with the intensity level and exercise selection that they need.

Q: How many people are in each session?
A: Our semi-private training has a maximum of 3 people per group. Our large group personal training sessions can vary between 6-25 people. However, we try to keep a client to trainer ration of 15-1 at most.

Q: Are sessions co-ed?
A: Yes. However we do offer a 9:15am class that is just for women.

Q: Is there an orientation?
A: Yes, each new client will be evaluated to determine the best program to help them meet their goals.

Q: What are our PIES?
A: PIES stands for Physical, Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual. We believe that true fitness in only obtained through continually training each of these area. We also believe that our PIES can not be separated into separate categories but are intricately related and effect each other.

Q: What else do I need to know?
A: We deeply believe that fitness changes lives. Whether it’s improving the speed and agility of our high school athletes, the endurance of our moms or the balance and coordination of our seniors we know that their lives are improving. Our goal is to help each of our clients maximize their talents and abilities so that they can go effect the lives of others.
